Kaban Tamor Hua Hin, a Mediterranean style resort situated right on Takiab Beach.
Kaban Tamor was the original name for Hua Hin, meaning Stone Head. The Kaban Tamor Resort offers 23 Mediterranean style chalets set in the beautiful tranquil bay of Khao Takiab just on the outskirts of Hua Hin.
The unique circular design of each chalet, with windows all around, gives a feeling of spaciousness and peaceful. A special feature of these unusual chalets is its well-appointed glass-roofed bathrooms, which provide natural light and a feeling of being at one with nature. The resort comprises of 7 single and 8 double storey chalets set amidst a beautiful lush tropical garden.

A great weekend. A very friendly and comfortable place to stay. Nice room. Lovely quiet beach. Great swimming. Excellent sea food nearby.

Accommodation and facilities:
The rooms or pods were so quiet and peaceful and the hotel is in a great location, just a short stroll along the beach to a selection of beach bars and restaurants. Fabulous beach too. The pool could have done with more cushions but with such a superb beach, the pool was hardly used during the day. Breakfast very basic. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel would recomended for everyone. Exelent service. Brillian for people in every age. Memories to remember for all life.We would like to visit you again soon. Only sugest is more varius breakfast.

Lite hotell, artig med runde hytter. Veldig koselig, men frokosten var dårlig. Gratis bil inn til Hua Hin. Når vi var der i november 2010 var det så mye vann at stranda var borte. Hua Hin er ingen by jeg vil reise til igjen. Skal vi til dette område igjen så blir det til Cha-Am.

It would not take very much for this resort to be a first class holiday destination.-----like most hotels it is the detail that defines its status, kabon tamor is now looking tired and worn out but could be revitalized with little expense ---remember detail is all

Very nice resort in a peaceful location of Takieab beach. Room is spacious and convenient. Nice decoration. Perfect both for family and couples or small group. Good landscape. Though swimming pool might be too packed in high season. Just only one complain from my young son that the TV screen is too small.

A nice personal hotel, good location and quiet. The staff are very friendly and service-minded. We missed a mattress on the sunbeds !
